Sharon Lemons, MS, RDN, FAND, LD, CDCES, owner of Lemons Nutrition, LLC, is a consultant in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in behavioral health nutrition and nutrition education for dietitians who work with individuals who have autism and picky eating. As the mother of two adult sons with autism, Sharon offers unique and personal insights into the challenges facing families and caregivers of individuals who have autism as they help their individuals on the journey to optimum well-being and autonomy.
