Case Study Workshop and Q&A: Midlife Unlocked
Thank you for joining us for Midlife Unlocked: Understanding Women’s Hormones and Health. The strong engagement and thoughtful discussion during the session made one thing clear—there is both a need and a desire to go deeper.
We invite you to continue the conversation during a complimentary live case study workshop and extended Q&A session on June 3 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This interactive session is designed specifically for attendees who are ready to move beyond theory and into clinical applications.
Prior to the session, you will receive a case study developed by Kimberly Evans, MS, RD. During the workshop, we will break the case study down together, exploring key questions including treatment plan ideas, who is on the care team, and the roles they each play. What barriers might arise in diagnosis, treatment, or patient engagement? Through guided discussion, you will have the opportunity to think critically, share perspectives, and refine your approach alongside your peers.
As highlighted in Midlife Unlocked, women in midlife are often navigating complex hormonal and metabolic shifts while balancing the demands of career, caregiving, and chronic stress. Their symptoms—fatigue, sleep disruption, weight changes, anxiety, and brain fog—are frequently minimized or misunderstood, leaving many without clear answers or effective support. With the right clinical lens, however, these changes can be understood as meaningful physiologic signals and an opportunity for targeted, evidence-based care.
This follow-up session is designed to help you translate those insights into practice. By working through a real-world case and engaging in collaborative discussion, you will strengthen your ability to assess, interpret, and respond to midlife presentations with greater clarity and confidence.
Please note that this is a non-credit session intended to extend learning from the original webinar. We encourage you to join Kimberly and your peers to continue building the clinical perspective and collaborative approach needed to support women in midlife more effectively.
