Microdoses of Mindfulness: Part 4: Bringing It All Together – Mindfulness in Action
Join Mandy Enright, MS, RDN, RYT, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 2-2:30 p.m. ET, as she concludes our four-part microlearning series, Microdoses of Mindfulness. In Part 4: Bringing It All Together – Mindfulness in Action, the final session of the mindfulness microlearning series shifts into reflection and integration. Participants will be invited to share their real-world experiences of applying mindfulness in patient care and within inter-professional care teams. What felt effective? What challenges arose? How did personal practice influence professional presence? This collaborative dialogue provides a space for learning through lived experience, shared insights, and supportive feedback.
The final installment of our 30-minute series offers an opportunity to pause, celebrate progress, and address lingering obstacles. Through open discussion, participants will explore how to sustain a mindful approach in both clinical work and team collaboration.
Mandy will close the series with a final guided mindfulness practice and practical tips for maintaining momentum. Whether it's five minutes of breathing before a patient consult or a mindful moment in a team huddle, participants will leave with actionable strategies to carry mindfulness forward—both personally and professionally.
